This charity help us to get through a really tough part of our life when our baby spent the first 3months of his life in hospital when he was born with a rare condition call gastroschisis. Pls give generously

Please take the time to sponsor me. The sick children's trust provided us with a room on the hospital grounds whilst our baby boy spent the first 3months of his life in hospital due to a rare condition he was born with. We stayed in acorn house at addenbrookes hospital and it provided us with a room, cooking facility's, laundry room. Not to mention it was a sanctuary for us during the hardest time of your life. Some where for us to rest and have a break away from the hospital but still being well within reach. A place for us to gather thoughts and to remain a family as it allowed children in too so we could ave our other little boy there with us. The 'home from Home' rely solely on charity funding so I am now doin my bit to raise money for them to ensure these places can remain open and providing many more families the same way they did us.
