We're raising money for the Children's Brain Tumour Research Centre at The University of Nottingham to create a brighter future for children with brain tumours.

Story

Thanks for visiting my JustGiving page. Keep reading for more information about the charity I'm running for and details on the donation procedure.

Every week 10 children in the UK are diagnosed with a brain tumour- the biggest cancer-killer in children- yet brain tumour research receives less than 1% of the total UK Cancer research funding. Nonetheless, the Children's Brain Tumour Research Centre (CBTRC) at the University of Nottingham has successfully treated over 550 children, thanks to generous support from the community. It is only with continued fundraising events such as the Ikano Robin Hood marathon that the CBRTC will have the necessary funds to conduct cutting-edge research and give hope not only to children in the UK, but globally. In the wise words of Tesco "Every Little Helps" - even the smallest of donations will help give these children a chance to enjoy their childhood.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
