Do not ever let your friends signing you up to something on a BBQ hot day, after a few drinks and a tendency to say 'yes' to everything because you are in a particularly good mood.

However, if you do.. at least make sure it's for a good cause.

So here I am, looking forward to cycle 70 kilometres from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Palace in October. I am raising money for The Prince's Trust, a leading charity involved in supporting disadvantaged young people https://www.princes-trust.org.uk/about-the-trust. 

I need at least £120 to enter the ride. But I made my target a bit higher because I know my friends truly believe in my physical skills... :)
