I will be taking part in the CBRF abseil on the 14th of October in order to raise funds for Jigsaw4U.

Jigsaw4u helps children and young people coping with bereavement, domestic abuse, child sexual exploitation, and other social and emotional issues. Helping children and young people put the pieces back together since 1997; Jigsaw4u is an established local charity, committed to giving vulnerable children a voice.
