My story

Dear Friends

Felicity and Ashley are once again undertaking the 'Royal Parks Half Marathon' in October to raise much needed funds for the 'First Aid Nursing Yeomanry' and 'Help for Heroes'.

Training has been a little slow thus far, but is quickly gathering pace and momentum. The secret to their training regime is to drink one glass of red wine in direct proportion to the number of runs undertaken. They can whole heartedly recommend this approach, but suggest that it is more effective to drink the wine having completed the run first!
