After enviously following last years inspiring Dander4Dosh I decided this year would be the year I join. Even when a broken foot threatened to put a spanner in the plan I still couldn't put it out of my head. Therefore I'm really happy to be able to be a part of the fantastic team that will be walking the Lleyn Peninsula Coastal Path (Edge of Wales Walk). 100 miles (roughly 160km!) in five days. No doubt there will be blisters and tears. but as it is in Wales I'm comforted by the knowledge that there will be a pub on the end of each day too!

This year the charity that the team is supporting is MSF (Médecins Sans Frontières/Doctors Without Borders/Artsen zonder grenzen) a fantastic organization that does some amazing work in developing countries. All the money raised here goes directly to them (costs made for the trip will be covered by ourselves). So help out, make all the blisters worth it and donate a little money to this great cause. They are worth it!
