The King’s Trust supports 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed or struggling at school to get their lives on track. Many of the young people we support are in or leaving care, have been in trouble with the law, or they are facing challenges such as homelessness or mental health issues.

Story

Birth name: Asbo

Profile: Rapscallion, Fergus the Wylie Ferret, is the troublemaker of the group. Although his penchant for practical jokes makes him a hit with the youngsters, he is distracted easily and so rarely makes the cut for any marathon races. His playfulness does mean though that he enjoys negotiating hazards during playtime in the crèche and as a result, he is extremely well rehearsed at darting over most of the obstacles on the course.

Race chances: A strong contender, especially if the course holds a series of difficult obstacles which may baffle the less practised.
