This is all in aid of the Iain Rennie Hospice at Home.<br /><br />All of the money raised will be put towards keeping the fantastic Iain Rennie nurses on the road throughout 2011 - I need your help!&nbsp; &pound;150 funds an Iain Rennie nurse for a day, so between us we could make a world of difference.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 10pt;">The Iain Rennie Hospice at Home is a local charity which offers specialist end of life care to patients and their families in their own homes across Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
