The Nowzad charity delivers animal welfare in Afghanistan & Ukraine. Our clinic in Kabul delivers vital support to over worked horses & donkeys whilst providing care and treatment to injured cats & dogs. In Ukraine we are delivering vital aid to those in desperate need of animal supplies.

Story

All donations received via this page will be used for the associated costs incurred with transporting Fet to his/her forever home.

Please note that in the event that this page generates more money than is actually needed to rescue the animal concerned or that the rescued animal does not survive the long and dangerous journey out of Afghanistan/Iraq, then under the guidance of the charity (non-profit) rescue operations manager, we will use the left over monies for the next underfunded rescue.

If you do not agree with this policy then please do not donate as we currently do not have the resources amongst our unpaid staff to refund donations.

Thank you.

Fet's Story

Around a month ago while on patrol our 1st Squad came across an abandon puppy so they picked it up and brought it back to base. We named her Fet, and very quickly she became a member of our team. Fet has not only become a cute companion to us all of ( we spend a lot of time arguing over who's bed she is going to sleep in), but has also been a major morale booster on a rather difficult deployment. We only have a month left till we go back state side so were under a serious time constraint. Is there any way you can help us get Fet back stateside, I would love to give her a home, good veterinary care, and lots of my love/time.
