Fettes Prep School Charity Runs · 6 March 2016

We exist to positively impact the lives of young people facing the challenges of inequality. We work across the UK and beyond to provide inclusive and impactful cricket programmes, empowering young people with disabilities and from disadvantaged communities.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.  On the morning of the 6th of March the pupil body (along with the able staff bodies) will set out on a charity run to raise money for The Lord's Taverners.  This charity was chosen after research by the Prep School Charity Committee and is one we think hugely deserving of our support.

One of the things we pride ourselves on in Fettes Prep School is giving everyone the opportunity to experience and enjoy sport, regularly and with great facilities.  This is not an opportunity afforded to all, The Lord's Taverners strive to provide sporting chances to children who wouldn't otherwise get them.  Focussing on children from disadvantaged backgrounds alongside those with disabilities which would otherwise inhibit.  What more fitting a way to support than to put our sporting prowess into action in a fun run.

Our target is to raise over £25 per pupil which would propel us well over the £5,000 mark.
