This is a charity particularly close to my heart (excuse the pun) as my partner has a heart condition that he only became aware of a few years ago but has infact had all his life but it was misdiagnosed.  

So now he works with a team of specialists monitoring his heart on a regular basis.  I think for him to be told he could have died at a young age because of his heart really opens up your eyes. 

So me and my son are de-choxing for Daddy!
