OK, so essentially, four brave young men are going to be covering at least 135 miles on foot starting on 2nd July between the Wirral and Worcester (depending on them not getting lost) over a 12 day period, all in aid of the Cystic Fibrosis Comfort Fund. We are gratefully sponsored by Total Timber, one of the fastest growing timber merchants in the North West.
Over the course of these 12 days a few of the hardships we will encounter will be: Sleeping rough in camp sites, carrying heavy bags all the way, wearing days old clothes that we will have no means of washing properly, cooking our food on a stove and of course the unpredictability of Great British weather!
This charity helps children and young adults with Cystic Fibrosis in their daily lives. It has provided support such as medical equipment, the establishment of community support staff. It has also started up grants for young adults setting up home, driving lessons and gym membership.
ALL DONATIONS APPRECIATED!!
