Every year the girls at Finishing Touch like to participate in helping raise funds for charity.  This year we decided to help a local charity and the Bubble Foundation touched all of our hearts.

The Bubble Foundation UK supports the work of the Children’s Bone Marrow Transplant Unit at the Great North Children’s Hospital, treating children who require lifesaving treatment after being born with an immune disorder. During this time the children live in complete isolation in a sterile ‘bubble’, as even a kiss from their parents could be fatal. Without treatment, most would die before reaching their first birthday.
