<p>I have just finished the 164 miles Coast to Coast bicycle ride from Whitehaven to Runswick Bay completed over 3 days with 8 friends and 3 support crew. Whilst the main intention was to get fit and have some fun we also decided to raise some money for the Swaledale Mountain Rescue team & Macmillan Nurses.
