I'm running a 5k on 4 December.  I'm in week 8 of training so should be up to scratch a week on Sunday! I'm now part of a family full of crazy runners: half marathons, marathons and even an Iron Man!  

Feeling slightly sheepish that I'm asking for donations for this measly run, however, it's all in a very good cause. The amazing folk at Waverley Care provide brilliant services throughout Scotland and are well worth the effort.
