First I ran 5.5 miles around Uppingham, then cycled around Rutland Water (17.5 miles) and finished with 64 lengths of the school pool (1 mile).</p> <p>Worldwide, more than 3.5 billion people live in poverty.</p> <p>For them just living is a struggle.</p> <p>Hand in Hand&rsquo;s aim is to eliminate poverty through an integrated community development programme.</p> <p>Hand in Hand&rsquo;s vision is a world free of extreme poverty and child labour.</p> <p>Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
