As you can see - we have hit the target, but we still have till the end of Feb to raise as much as we can for this amazing charity - every penny counts and can help make a real difference!!!</p> <p><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>Thanks for taking the time to visit my web page. <span style="color: #ff1493;">A big thanks to all of you who have supported me so far!!</span></strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family: Calibri;"><span style="color: #800080;"><strong>In May 2011 I will be joining Professor Robert Winston on a 450 km charity cycle in the Beijing province, China to fund groundbreaking medical research undertaken at the Wolfson and Weston Research Centre for Family Health, which is based in London. </strong></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="color: #800080; font-family: Calibri;"><strong>Funds raised will help to improve prevention, diagnosis and treatment of a range of devastating conditions which cause genetic diseases, miscarriage, infertility, cancer and brain damage. The prevalence of difficulities experienced is quite shocking and very real: 1 in 18 babies are born prematurely, 1 in 4 women miscarries her baby, 1 in 175 babies are stillborn and up to 250 babies are dying every week in the UK from complications during pregnancy. Taking part in “Cycle China” is my way of helping to reduce these figures and ensure that more women go on to have a normal pregnancy, giving birth to a healthy baby . I feel this is a real worthwhile cause, so if you can help me by making a donation I would be really grateful. </strong></span></p> <p> </p>
