I'm running the Baker Hughes 10k in May in aid of Friends of Anchor. Friends of Anchor are a brilliant local charity who help  to ensure every cancer patient in the North-east has access to the best possible care, treatment and support through and after their diagnosis. As some of you may know I was diagnosed with breast cancer last year and benefitted first hand from some of the  equipment/services/support they provide .  This is my way of saying thank you and to help them to continue with the fantastic work that they do.  Any donation how big or small will be gratefully received.
