This time last year, we ran the Ealing Half Marathon with our inimitable friend and neighbour Dave Wallis. Very sadly, Dave passed away suddenly in January this year. A number of the traders from Pitshanger Lane will be running in this year's Half Marathon, namely John Martin, Phillip Arnold, Fiona Kennedy and Lawrence Bland. We are aiming to raise funds for Dave's family's nominated charity, British Heart Foundation, and we have called this the £1 challenge. If everyone who knows Dave (or any of us runners) donated just £1, we could make a substantial contribution to this vital charity. If you feel that you can donate more, even better!
