After Lucy convinced Fi to run the 10k last year, she has managed to rope her in once again, this time with less training but hopefully managing to beat our times on previous year... maybe wishful thinking, we will give it a good go nonetheless. 

This year we are both fund raising for The Christie. The Christie is one of the largest hospital charities in the UK with 83p in every pound raised going directly to the patients. It is a charity that seems to have touched most people at some point in their lives and one that heavily relies on fund raising, so any amount big or small would be appreciated.
