You know me - I still hate hate lots of things including spiders and heights but somehow I've managed to complete a Zip Wire slide from the Xscape building in Milton Keynes in aid of Willen Hospice!

It's always a struggle to raise all the funds needed to keep this amazing place open  and caring for the patients and families who need us so much and, just as an aside, still employing me!!!

Please be generous - Phil cycled over 500 miles last year for Willen - I didn't go that far but every foot slid was a challenge, believe me, and every penny given counts! I didn't scream because I couldn't speak!!

The support of family, friends and colleagues got me through - thank you all so much. Every extra penny I can get will make it even more worthwhile because I won't be doing it again!!!
