Hi everyone,

This is our first joint attempt at the Great North Run.

We totally blame Chris for keeping the wine flowing at New Year but we are glad he did!

The training will be hard, the run will be exausting and exhilarating and the legs are going to hurt in the morning but with your help we will make it and help a great charity in the process.
