Sue Ryder is here to make sure everyone approaching the end of their life or living with grief can get the support they need. There is no one size fits all when it comes to how we cope and the help we need, but with our support, no one has to face dying or grief alone. We are there when it matters.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

The Dee View Centre is Scotland’s only purpose-built specialist neurological care centre based in Kincorth, providing 24/7 care for people aged 18 and over with life-limiting conditions affecting the brain and nervous system

(e.g.Motor Neurone disease, Parkinson’s disease, MS, Huntington’s disease and acquired brain injury).

The centre currently has capacity for 24 people and a waiting list of more than double that, meaning some people, even those aged in their 30’s or 40’s, are having to live in an old people’s home because there is nowhere else to go!

The charity is fundraising to raise £3.9m to create a further 20 bedrooms and I’m hoping that by tugging on your heartstrings, you might want to help my work-colleagues & I with this appeal!
