On 18th March I will be tackling the British Military Fitness 10k Mud Run in Bramham Park, Leeds. Involving 20 obstacles, muddy trenches and cold-water lakes it will be tough, but nothing compared to the hardship faced by the 75% of Malawians living below the international poverty line.

Later in the summer I will travel to Malawi for three weeks, visiting orphanages and hospitals, and helping at feeding centres and in schools fortunate to benefit from the work of the Zikomo Trust.

It costs £12.20 to feed a Malawian orphan for a whole year. I would be really grateful if you could please help in any small way by sponsoring my muddy efforts.
