Foal Farm's aim is to take in as many sick, distressed and unwanted animals as possible and restore them to health and happiness. No healthy animal is ever destroyed, and if no home can be found the animal becomes a resident of Foal Farm for the rest of its life.

Story

I volunteer once a week and during this time I have fallen in love with many of the cats, and it was no different with Bubbles. She is a beautiful little black cat with the softest fur and a very loving heart. I felt truly saddened when I saw the state of her back legs and the difficulty she had with walking. I couldn’t believe that this little girl had been abandoned in the woods most probably to die, and it was for all these reasons that Bubbles has become one of my favourite cats.

It is extremely lucky that Bubbles was brought to Foal Farm. They have been able to give her the operation that she needed to straighten her legs. However they are still in desperate need of help to raise the funds to pay for the operation as well as Bubbles’ aftercare, which is why I offered to run the London Marathon on Sunday 17th April.

I am hoping to raise an incredible £2,000 for Bubbles and would really appreciate your help in achieving this target.

Thank you in advance for your support – it really does mean a lot to me and Bubbles!
