We have taken the excitement of the Olympics, and we’re running with it...literally!

The Olympics has landed on our doorstep and in order to raise our sporting spirits and raise money for a fantastic cause Forest Gate School have taken on the Gold Challenge.

The Challenge

This is no walk in the park, Forest Gate School will be pushing ourselves to the limit in this attempt to complete 2012km, all in time for the start of the Olympic Games. We are planning to run, cycle, swim, row, and kayak in order to cover this distance and it is not going to be easy!

The Charity

At PiggyBankKids we work hard to give children the best possible chance of living a healthy and happy life, here in the UK. We want to help as many children as we can: from the vulnerable babies whose lives could be saved with the right scientific breakthroughs, to those kids and young people who have the hardest start in life.  To find out more click here:

Gift Aid - Ticking the box, what does it mean?

Under Gift Aid, the HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) will usually top up every £1 given to Right To Play with 25p. So Right To Play could receive £250 for every £1,000 donated with no extra expense.

For donations to be eligible for Gift Aid, the donor needs to be a UK taxpayer and have paid an equal amount in income/capital gains tax.
