Wellbeing of Women is the women’s health charity saving and changing the lives of women, girls and babies through research, education and advocacy. We do this by investing in world class research, championing education, raising awareness and tackling the taboos that exist in women’s health.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As a team of 13 ( Louise Wilson, Tony Wheeler, Adam Coppard, Sarah Hayter, Phil Henly, Mark Nye, Dan Andrews, Ray Cowen, Ricky South, James Brown, Christine King, Rob Carter, Darren Yearsley) we are competing in Memory of Jodie Wilson who lost her life during the birth of her second son Caleb due to an amniotic fluid embolism. Jodie's death has effected many peoples lives and we miss her every day.
All of the money we raise is being donated into the Lisa Waterman fund for more research into amniotic fluid embolisms. We want to stop this from ruining other families lives. Both women and babies die from this complication and we want to help to stop it from happening.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
