Earlier this year, Forrest decided to adopt a charity for the whole of 2009 and could think of no more worthy a cause than Yorkhill Children's Foundation. The charity provides services and medical equipment which help sick children who come to the Royal Hospital at Yorkhill, Glasgow
The Board of Forrest Group have decided to run the New York marathon in November and have been following a strict training regime since the beginning of the year, which basically consists of run, eat, run, sleep, run, eat etc etc!!
