On the 23rd March 2015, I will be putting my dissertation to one side and taking part in Leeds RAG Jailbreak. The aim is to get as far away from Leeds in 36 hours without spending a penny on transport! Last year participants managed to make it as far as Spain, Italy, Czech Republic and many more. So goodness knows where i'll be on 24th/25th March!

No Panic helps people who suffer from Panic Attacks, Phobias, Obsessive Compulsive Disorders and other related anxiety disorders. As well as providing support for those who are suffering, the charity also helps the careers who look after these people.  

Severe anxiety and phobic disorders are a major problem which is often overlooked. Although I know multiple people who have suffered from anxiety, I was still shocked to find out that it effects 18% of the population in the UK. 

Please help me raise my target of £175 for such an amazing charity that helps so many people. Any donations will be hugely appreciated.
