<p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Cocoon Knits in Hove have organised a yarnbombing of a Brighton double decker bus to raise money for the <a href="http://www.themartlets.org.uk/" target="_blank">Marlets Hospice.</a> This basically means we are aiming to cover an entire bus with knitted squares! Find out more about the event <a href="http://www.cocoonknits.co.uk/pages/the-woolly-bus/6862">here</a>.</p> <p>We are aiming to raise &pound;40,000 for the Marlets who provide end of life care to adults with life limiting illness. After the event, the blankets will be broken down and sent to the <a href="http://www.knit-a-square.com/" target="_blank">Knit a Square</a> charity which helps AIDS orphans keep warm.&nbsp;</p> <p>Each volunteer has to knit at least 3 15 x 15cm squares and raise &pound;25. I'm aiming to knit at least 10 squares and raise at least &pound;100. I've also volunteered to help sew the squares together to create the giant "bus cosy".&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Please sponsor me and help raise money for the excellent Marlets charity.
