Between 5 - 8 September I'm taking part in the arguably nuts challenge of cycling from London to Newcastle over 3 days (yep that's over 300 miles of cycling), and on the fourth day taking part in the iconic Great North Run. For more details about the event please visit:

The MS society is a charity close to my heart, and this event will be particularly challenging for me as my training opportunities have been somewhat limited since my daughter was born in August 2018. However it is nothing compared to the challenges people with MS and their families face day in day out, and for that reason I'll be gritting my teeth and telling my legs to shut up and get on with it! 

All accommodation and other associated costs are self funded, so all donations go to the MS Society.
