VIRGIN LONDON MARATHON 25th April 2010

 

This is my 2nd time at running this amazing event and I cannot wait for it to get here.  Training has gone really well and after running my last 20 miler in 3 hours 27 I have real belief now that I can meet my target time of 4 hours 30.  Fundraising has also gone really well.  I am already 101% to target and with two events left to run I hope to that I can raise as much or more than I did in 2008.  Thank you to everyone who has supported me so far.  My parents and my husband Andy have been brilliant and I cannot thank them enough for their encouragement, support and putting up with me being tired and grouchy (thats you Andy!).  It is nearly over... heres to the 25th April.

Fundraising

Next event is an open house at 21 Brady Close on the 20th April 2010.  Lunch, tea, coffee and cake will be served throughout the day.  Invitations are being sent out but anyone is welcome.  Lunch must be booked in advance and will be served between 12.30 and 2.

8th May I am holding a race night at my house for about 40 guests (sorry to anyone not invited, its not because I dont want you there, I just cannot fit anyone else in).
