The Bridgnorth Walk · 27 May 2013

Burnaid is a small charity that helps patients and their families at the two burn centres for adults and children in Birmingham. We offer financial support to patients and their families, provide ward & theatre equipment and fund events for patients as well as training for burns staff.

Story

I am doing the bridgnorth walk on the 27th of May to raise money for Burnaid, a charity which helped to save my brothers life when he was badly burnt as a child, the charity offers huge support to burns victims and their families.

Burnaid is a small local charity that supports the Burn Centres at Birmingham Children's Hospital and Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham. Their aim is to offer support to both adults and children who have sustained thermal injuries, and this support also extends to their families.

Burnaid was established in 1988 by a group of staff, and is still run by a group of volunteers who are dedicated to providing care and support for burn survivors.

Anything you can donate would be brilliant, thank you :)
