For some strange reason Alec and I have decided to spend a cold Sunday in December swimming and running through 8km of mud and muck!

 

The charity we are supporting - Safe Hands For Mothers donates the whole amount raised by us - your generosity does not get wasted on admin and paperwork. It goes to helping women in third world countries.
