I am taking part in R.E.D (Run Every Day) January in aid of Mind to support and raise awarenss of mental health issues. 

Regular exercise has a positive impact on many mental health progress even if you skip, walk or run join me in RED January.

Last time I raised money for this charity everyone was super generous and I know it is a lot to ask of people again but even if it's a £1/£2 donation I would massively appreciate it.
