As I'm sure most of you know, my wife Kerry was diagnosed with advanced bowel cancer last summer, just after the birth of our daughter Freya.

This is  a big COME ON to everyone I know.  Since the 4th January 2010 I have been sweating like a pig getting prepared to run the 10km in Derby on the 11th April.  My motivation for busting my chops daily is firstly to raise money for Weston Park in Sheffield - where Kerry has her chemotherapy - and secondly to stop Kerry telling me I am a big fatty.

I want everyone to dig deep and give as much as possible.  If you don't there will be words.......
