The Francis family (Nicole, Rob, Ben and Owen) are doing their annual 5K fun run on Hampstead Heath.  This year we are raising money for the Whittington Hospital where both Ben and Owen were born.  We are all hoping to set personal best times and have fun.  The money raised will go towards funding the care of older people.
