After the success of my Derby 10k (i.e having both finished the race, and raising £7600 for Weston Park) I have decided to challenge myself again.  I am competing in an 'adventure race' which is a mixture of trail running, mountain biking and kayaking in Cannock Chase.

As before I am raising funds for Weston Park hospital.  Kerry is back on chemo now and once again we can see the difference that  the charity makes, in providing the little things that help people to get through the experience as well as in research.
