As you guys might know I'm not the fittest guy in the world, and this hasn't changed yet... so if you fancy a laugh and want to support some masochistic tendencies why not donate?! 

In 2016 I sadly lost my grandfather, my Opa as we affectionately call him in my family, due to Alzheimers. As you can imagine this was a huge loss and he is missed greatly. This bike ride gives me the opportunity to raise money for an amazing cause whilst being in his memory.
