All moneys raised for the next dress down day will go toward my mount kilimanjaro fundraising, so please support me by dressing down this pay weekend and donate a £ for Alzheimer's Scotland...
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
Kilimanjaro is the highest freestanding mountain in the world, and the highest mountain on the African continent at 5,896m. The route takes the less well-trodden Machame route which allows plenty of time to acclimatise over the seven days of trekking. This is a challenging trek at altitude, climbing one of the most impressive and well known mountains in the world.
I am raising money for Tesco Charity of The Year 2011, Alzheimer Scotland. This year 100,000 people will develop dementia. Together, Alzheimer's Society, Alzheimer Scotland and Tesco will help make sure they don't face it alone. By raising £5 million, Tesco will help Alzhemier's Society and Alzheimer Scotland build a better future for people with dementia. The money raised by Tesco will fund essential research and bring dementia information, advice and support to communities all over the UK, helping to build a better future for people with dementia.
So please dig deep and donate now.
