On Friday the 29th November 2013 I will be smiling by way through 5 Bikram Yoga (Yoga but in 40 Degrees heat!!) Classes in one day - Thats 7 and half hours of me pulling mad posses in 40 degrees heat!
That's equivalent to a marathon!

Spirit Aid has been in partnership with a bush community in Malawi for the last 6 years. We run a feeding programme at the secondary School, Support 6 creches and woman's a training workshop.

In December 2013 the team will be visiting our projects in Malawi to install solar panels to a community where there is no electricity and also to introduce IT studies/ computers in the school. 

100% of all donations will go towards our projects in Malawi.
