Starting with the important business - Education for the Children is a fantastic organisation that primarily provides a means for the poorest kids in Guatemala to get an education. They do much more than that though, helping to provide food, shelter and security to people living in poverty.

We (Fred & Stuart that is), are doing the relatively much simpler task of going on a cycle ride. It is however all the way to Portugal.. through the Pyrenees.. and will be 1300 miles (plus the added distanct from our no doubt abundant wrong turns). We'll have to put up with each other's terrible company, some serious saddle sore, as well as being surrounded by filthy Frenchies and sluggish Spaniards for the duration. If you could spare a donation of any size, it'd be greatly appreciated!!!
