<p>Hi all,</p>
<p><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; color: black; font-family: Arial;">On the 20th August Miss Stafford, Miss Barber and I will be subjecting ourselves to the mercy of gravity in aid of the Fair Children Youth Foundation, who support child headed households in Rwanda.</span></p>
<p>For the people of Rwanda 1994 was about rebuilding their lives after their country was torn apart by genocide. Thousands of children were orphaned due to civil war and disease. Rather than institutionalising those effected the foundation enables families to live in child headed households by offering vocational training as well as community support. In addition they run nursery and primary schools for local children as well as a residential centre for deaf children. The foundation works to restore human rights and to rebuild lives of people still effected by the consequences of this conflict.</p>
<div>The intention of the <span class="J-JK9eJ-PJVNOc" style="background: yellow;">FCYF</span> is to develop a grassroots program that, once successfully implemented at local level, would also inspire and serve as a model for sustainability and replication throughout the nation of Rwanda.</div>
