<p>Hi,</p>
<p>In January, at 12 days old my daughter underwent successful heart surgery at the Freeman Hospital, Newcastle upon Tyne. In a small token to express our gratitude for the excellent care received myself, my brother Paul, Jonathon Grafton and John-David Laux are running the Kielder Marathon (43.4km/27mile) on 9th October.</p>
<p>We are raising money for the Childrens Heart Unit Fund (CHUF) Freeman Hospital and would be most grateful for any donations received.</p>
