At the end of our Friday Qur'an Classes, we always thank Allah for everything He has given us and recently, we made the decision to join WABIL's 'Sleep Without A Blanket' campaign.
The aim is to raise funds to buy blankets for Syrian families who are facing a bitterly cold winter. A donation of £16.50 will provide an entire family with blankets!
In order to raise money for this very worthwhile cause, we will be sleeping without our warm blankets on the night of Friday 29 January 2016. Insha-Allah, it will also help us understand the difficulties faced by Syrian families, especially children, every night and appreciate what we have even more.
It would mean a lot to us if you would sponsor us so that we can raise money for WABIL, who will use 100% of the donations to buy blankets for the people in Syria who desperately need them.
