Really appreciate if you can donate to this really worthy cause.  Most of the injured lads are in the prime of their life, half my age and deserve any help we can offer to continue the positive progress these guys all make. 

I can whine about a cold, sore hips ect, ect, just day to day stuff.  Yet these lads with 'bits' missing are hugely positive and inspiring.  We are safe and secure through the actions of these guys and sometimes need to remember that.  So feel free to stretch your short arms in your long pockets.
