I will be taking part in a fundraising challenge on Friday 3rd of May , cycling from London to Paris to raise desperately needed funds for orphan children in Gaza and for under privileged but talented student here in the UK.

Together we can help change the lives of these children with our donations by supporting these two very important causes which are both very close to my heart by texting GAZA87 (followed by the amount e.g. £1 £2, £5, £10,) to 70070. I’m sure you have all seen on the news the desperate situation of the children in Gaza and terrible suffering and hardships that they face on a daily basis. I’m sure you are just as shocked as I am at the pictures that we see on the news nearly every day of their struggle for freedom and survival and I’m sure when you see this you wish there was something you could do to make a difference. Well we can.  

Right here, right now all of us can make a massive difference simply by sending one text. One text with your donation is all it takes to help make a positive change to the lives of these children for the better. One text giving a small amount of money that will probably not make any difference to us, not make us any worse off, can help make such a huge difference to these children.

I ask that you remember how you felt when you saw the images coming out of Gaza of children who have been injured or killed. How you felt when you saw the images of children who have been made homeless by the destruction of their homes and property and made orphans, all alone in this world after losing their parents and their family.  I ask that you imagine that you were in their shoes for one day and what you would do in that situation. I’m sure like me, that when you saw the suffering that these children go through you wished there was something that you could do for them.  Well here is your opportunity to do just that, by making a quick and simple donation you can make a real difference to their lives. Don’t forget the feeling you felt when you saw the terrible images coming out of Gaza. It is too easy for us to forget what is happening hundreds of miles away in another country and too easy for us to carry on with the relatively comfortable lives that we live, without a second thought about what they go through every single day of their lives, but we have to remember that although it may just be pictures and something on the TV to us, that this suffering is the reality for many of the most deprived children in Gaza.  So ask yourself?
