Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.
The Yorkshire 3 Peaks is a 25 mile route with an ascent of more than 5,200 feet. It's made up of Pen-y-Ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough in the Yorkshire Dales. This is a tough challenge that will take us roughly 12 hours to complete. While it might be tough, it's not as hard as living with poor mental health.
Poor mental health affects more people every year than cancer or heart disease - every year, one in four of us in the UK is affected by a mental health problem.
Living with a mental health condition can affect many aspects of daily life, from your physical health to your home, your work and managing money. By supporting Mental Health UK, you can help us change this.
Through partnership with Lloyds Banking Group, Mental Health UK aim to create a brand new information guide on mental health, set up 40 new face-to-face support groups in isolated communities and double their capacity in all four nations.
