My goal is to cycle 686 kms over 5 days in February to raise money for Sport Relief and the Dallaglio Foundation - which will be donating to DebRA, Help for Heroes, Leukemia Research and the PRA Benevolent Fund.  http://www.dallagliocycleslam.com/

The route I am cycling is from Nice to , which includes some mountain climbing in the Alps - unless the roads are closed with snow!

The charities and the people they support really need help in these difficult times, and they (and I) will be very grateful for your generous support. Please give generously!
