On July 9th I will be participating in a charity skydive event in the UK to support Help for Heroes, a UK charity which provides much needed support to wounded soldiers.  As one of those who has already given generously to the cause said “only a crazy Irishman would throw himself out of a perfectly good plane”.   While I didn’t wake up one morning and say “I’m going to jump out of a plane on July 9th” the request came my way from a very Charity conscious group of FMPs, bless ‘em.   So what else could I do but agree.  Anyway, it’s all too late now as it’s public and there’s no backing out, even if I’m having palpitations at the thought of it.  So, I just hope the guy, who’s supposed to know what he or she is doing, is of sound mind on the day J

We will look to get a video or photo of the jump so you can laugh at your leisure.
